With over 25 years of experience in admissions and marketing, Jessica Slattery, LNHA is a seasoned professional in the healthcare industry, specializing in senior care. As a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire, Jessica has a strong background in overseeing operations, ensuring compliance, and delivering high-quality care to residents.

For the past 15 years, Jessica has provided regional support for admissions and operations, utilizing strategic planning and innovative marketing techniques to drive success. Holding a BS in Business and Marketing, Jessica combines business acumen with a passion for making a positive impact in the healthcare space.

A strong advocate for senior care, Jessica is driven by a deep commitment to caring for those who have cared for us. With a focus on improving the lives of residents and their families, Jessica remains dedicated to providing compassionate, thoughtful, and effective care.

Admissions Director

In April 2024, Morgan joined the team following her graduation from Salve Regina University in Newport, Rhode Island. During her time as a student-athlete at Salve Regina University, Morgan obtained both a Bachelor and Master of Science in Healthcare Administration, and competed at the NCAA Division III level as a member of the Salve Regina University Women's Basketball team. Prior to accepting this position, Morgan completed an Administrative internship with Accura HealthCare and was most recently the Member Support Intern for the Health Sector Coordinating Council Cybersecurity Working Group. The completion of these internships allowed her to enhance her tele-collaboration strategies while learning to foster resident-provider and organization-manufacturer relationships. Morgan also has developed a strong passion for working with rural communities and understands the social and economic challenges such communities face after having been born and raised in a rural community herself back in Southwest Iowa.

Director of Nursing

Born and raised in New Hampshire, Kimberly Morse has spent her entire professional life dedicated to healthcare. Starting her career as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), she has since progressed through roles as a Medical Assistant and earned both her Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) and Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). Kimberly is currently the Director of Nursing at Wolfeboro Bay Rehabilitative and Skilled Nursing Center, where she leads a team of healthcare professionals in delivering exceptional care to residents.

Kimberly resides in New Hampshire's beautiful Lakes Region with her partner, Curtis, and their three dogs. A proud mother to three sons and grandmother to four grandchildren, all of whom live nearby, she values quality time with her family. Outside of work, Kimberly enjoys gardening, trying new crafts, and exploring new hobbies.

With a deep commitment to nursing and her community, Kimberly's professional and personal life reflect her dedication to both family and the healthcare field.

Director of Rehabilitation

Hello! My name is Jill Davis, and I’m the Director of Rehabilitation, as well as a speech-language pathologist. I graduated from Nova Southeastern University in Florida with my master’s degree in 2013. I have worked with the geriatric population ever since! I was born in New Jersey, but spent most of my life living on Cape Cod, Massachusetts. I recently moved to New Hampshire with my fiance and 3 dogs. We’re all loving the snow and the winter activities this state has to offer! In the summer, you can find us at one of the many lakes in our region or by a campfire in the evenings. Business Office Manager

Kimberley Riel brings over three decades of experience in the healthcare and nursing fields, having started her career in 1991. With a rich background in long-term care, acute rehabilitation, and home services, Kimberley has developed a deep understanding of patient needs across various settings. Kimberley joined Wolfeboro Bay Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Center in 2000, initially working in the nursing department. In 2009, she transitioned to Admissions, where she continued to make a positive impact on both residents and their families. During the challenging times of the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020, Kimberley stepped into the role of Activities Director, bringing creativity and compassion into the facility. In her current role as Business Office Manager, Kimberley applies her extensive experience and leadership skills to ensure the smooth operation of the center's administrative functions. She holds several certifications, including MNA, LNA, and Medical Assistant, reflecting her ongoing commitment to professional development and high standards of care. Kimberley's dedication to improving the lives of others, both professionally and personally, has made her an invaluable member of the Wolfeboro Bay team.

Human Resources Director

Born and raised in Wolfeboro. Raising her family here now. With a strong foundation in direct care and operations, Sara Libby brings a compassionate and hands-on approach to Human Resources. She began her career here at Wolfeboro Bay in the housekeeping department in 2014, then obtained her  LNA license in 2016. Following that, she furthered her career getting her MNA license in 2020 where she developed a deep understanding of the importance of teamwork, empathy, and attention to detail. Sara then took over scheduling and payroll Jan. 2024 before transitioning into Human Resouces Director Sept. 1st 2024. These experiences shaped her belief that every role in an organization matters—and that people thrive when they feel seen, supported, and valued. Now in Human Resources, Sara is passionate about creating a workplace culture where employees feel empowered and appreciated. She loves her job because it allows her to advocate for staff, help resolve challenges, and contribute to a positive environment every day. Whether she's onboarding new team members or helping resolve a concern, Sara leads with heart, integrity, and a deep respect for the people who make the company thrive.

Director of Social Services

Emily comes to us as a true Wolfeboro local. She was born right across the street at Huggins Hospital, graduated from the local high school and even worked her first job bagging groceries at the local supermarket. Being raised in Wolfeboro she's able to utilize her strong ties to the local community in many aspects of her position. She later moved to Plymouth, NH, and received her Bachelor's in Social Work from Plymouth State University. She spent several years serving the northern part of the state and found herself drawn back to the area to start of family of her own. 

She has a wide range of field experiences prior to her arrival to us. Emily has previously worked in Trauma Informed Treatment Facilities for Juveniles between the ages of 11-21, Intensive In-Home Case Management, and has experience at previous internships working in both an ICU/Emergency Medicine setting. She practices under a strengths-based perspective which focuses on a person's strengths, resources, and capabilities to help them achieve their goals. 

You'll often find Emily as the first face you see when you walk in our front door or if you can't find her there, she's most likely on the floor engaging with patients and family members alike. She is our community liaison and keeps in touch with a variety of our external partners/agencies. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with family and friends, crafting, walking her dogs, and sharing her love of comedy with others.

Social Worker

Grace was born and raised here in Wolfeboro and joined the team at Wolfeboro Bay Center in March of 2025. She recently earned her Master’s in Social Work from the University of New Hampshire and brings a variety of experiences to the team. Grace has worked in the Manchester School District supporting immigrant and refugee students and their families, learning the importance of integrating the family into services. Grace has also worked as a domestic violence advocate, learning the importance of compassionate, trauma-informed care. She also has experience as a substance use counselor, learning the importance of utilizing the strengths-based perspective. Grace is passionate about supporting individuals to achieve their goals and embrace their strengths through empowerment and encouragement. 

Grace lives here in Wolfeboro with her husband and two cats, Mason and Marlow. When not at Wolfeboro Bay Center, Grace enjoys spending time with her family on the lake, tending to her garden and plants, cooking new meals, and searching for the best antique finds. You’ll find Grace working closely alongside our Director of Social Services, Emily, supporting residents in a variety of ways. 

Nurse Practitioner

Colleen is the nurse practitioner at Wolfeboro Bay. She joined the team in December of 2022. She received her bachelor's in nursing from Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts. She then moved to Washington, DC where she worked in the neurosurgical ICU as an RN. She decided to advance her career and attended Georgetown University where she got her master's of science and became a nurse practitioner. She practiced as an APRN in Baltimore, MD specializing in neurocritical care, and then again in Washington, DC specializing in advanced heart failure. She then moved back to NH where she is originally from to be closer to family. She enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter and yellow lab, hiking, reading and spending time on Lake Winnipesaukee.
